Senior Management Team – Director level

They want an in-house lawyer - perhaps coming from a Legal Counsel

3+ years legal experience with a HF/FoHF

With a compliance/regulatory background - FSA/FCC

Derivatives/Prime brokerage experience

Someone with contract negotiation experience

Someone familiar with fund structuring

Will speak at conferences/to press about regulatory/compliance matters

Will be internal editor of the company

English written and language skills must be first class

Must be willing to travel
