In line with this strategy, on their behalf, we are looking for an exceptional leader to join their Senior Operations Technology  Management team. Responsible for the standardisation and integration of middle and back office platforms globally, the Operations Manager will utilise regional teams to implement the most highly effective strategic platforms and solutions for the Asia business.

Specific tasks  the Operations Manager will undertake include gaining a detailed understanding of the current technology landscape, propose new strategies and solutions and program manage the delivery of tactical solutions. As such the successful candidate will require both strategic abilities as well as a hands-on and flexible approach.

Qualifying candidates will also need to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of back office solutions available in the industry and a detailed knowledge of key back office processes. Experience in the management of offshore technology teams and vendors. Experience in all formal aspects of standard Project Management (ie. PMI) will also be required.
