Job Description: The job responsibilities associated with this role may be expected to include but not limited to: • Providing all-around operational and sales support. • Handling clients’ requests on a daily basis such as account opening, trade booking, orders placing and so on. • Acting as a coordinator with back office about trade settlement issues. • Performing administrative duties, like documentation, trip booking, filing and meeting coordination. Knowledge • Good understanding of the private banking business. • Knowledge of trading and excecution. Skills and Abilities • 3-4 years related experience in the financial industry is preferred. • Supporting related experience is a plus. • Effective communicator with good English, Mandarin and Cantonese abilities. • A good team player with customer-oriented mentality. Qualifications • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in financial relevant majors. License of securities trading is preferred.
