Our client, a global financial services firm has an urgent requirement for five ( 5 ) experienced Business Analyst's to join a high profile business improvement program, specifically within the Investment Accounting, Transaction Processing , Unit pricing, Custody, Trade pricing areas. The goal of this program is to facilitate the improvement, enhancement and subsequent removal of literally hundreds of complex User Development Tools. These tools are primarily in Excel macro form and are used by staff in the transaction processing, client reporting, taxation, portfolio accounting teams and fund managers. This challenging opportunity will see you actively engaged in close communication with the business, documenting requirements and creating specifications for the development teams, working in a team of approximately 10 staff, made up of BA's, PM and Developers. Essential Skills - - 3- 10 years as a Business Analyst
- 3- 10 years in Finance, ideally across Investment Accounting, Transaction Processing , Unit pricing, Trade pricing, Analytics, Registry
- Track record of successful high quality business requirements gathering.
- Exposure and use of a variety of business analysis methodologies e.g. OO, RAD etc..
