The Role & Position:

Seeking a Hong Kong-based, experienced and qualified Lawyer or holding law qualification who is an experienced Compliance Manager.

Person must be able to work independently in a start-up scenario, wiht expeirence of applications for licenses, legal registrations, doucmentation and all aspects of legal and compliance work for a small but rapidly expanding financial services firm within the investment banking, capital markets, brokerage , dealer-broker environment.
