My client, a highly regarded financial services business, requires a Vice-President (VP) / Assistant Director (AD) and Associate to join their Corporate Development team to work on international FIG mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and high-profile strategy projects.
The successful candidate will have gained mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience from a leading investment bank, boutique or accountancy practice, or have worked in financial services strategy at a top-tier consultancy. You will have strong modelling and valuation skills and experience mentoring junior staff and overseeing their work.
