Our client is a European - Chinese brokerage joint venture based in Shanghai who are looking for a Mandarin speaking COO to help build the firm and develop their China business strategy.
In this role you will be working closely with the CEO, CFO and senior management to implement, execute, monitor and manage business strategy. You will need to liaise with Front Office and support department heads to assist them in the smooth execution of their business operations as well as oversee compliance, risk and internal & external governance responsibilties for the firm.
The ideal candidate will have strong regulatory relationships, Securities Professional Qualifications (from the CSRC) experience working in institutional broking and fluent Mandarin skills.
