Job Description:

Global investment management Firm seeks attorney to work as a member of a team of three attorneys to support the Firm’s products and activities. Attorney will have primary responsibility for the Firm’s alternative investment products, and will also support institutional, wrap products, and other businesses. Responsibilities will include formation of new hedge funds, drafting and negotiating investment management, wrap and other contracts, handling various regulatory issues related to the Firm’s alternative investment products and other products, and developing firm-wide policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

JD Degree – class of 2003 or 2004

Individual with both law-firm and in-house experience preferred.

Must have hedge fund experience

Individual with prior experience at a large financial services institution preferred

Foreign languages (Japanese, German) a plus but not required
