Working closely with the Head of the Practice, your mandate will be to lead and motivate a team of financial planners while ensuring client needs are met through the delivery of quality financial advice. Specific responsibilities will include: - Leading, coaching and managing a team of financial planners to achieve business targets
- Developing and facilitating marketing plans and business strategy
- Providing coaching to financial planners on sales process and compliance
- Imparting business acumen
- Performance management
Critical to your success in this role will require superior leadership and sales management skills gained within the financial planning or funds management industry. With a track record in sales, you will be energetic with a proactive and commercial approach and demonstrate empathy for financial planners. You will be RG146 compliant and hold relevant tertiary qualifications.
