• Support the Head of Business Development with the entire project management of the strategic target/initiatives, post acquisition project management and post acquisition stabilization and integration into the group in addition to ongoing operational development project management.

• Support the Central Planning & Business Development Team to execute and implement the strategic development plan for the group as assigned by the President, VP of Content & Content Business Unit Directors.

• Reporting to the Head of Business Development, VP of Content & Content Business Unit Directors: Evaluate local business opportunity expansions, acquisition targets and strategic initiatives. Evaluate new territory acquisition and business expansion targets

In respect of Development:

Project manage the execution and implementation of the strategic target/initiatives including:

• developing the business plan/valuation model
• undertaking commercial/operational due diligence
• coordinating financial and tax due diligence
• liaising with legal team (legal DD)
• drafting Board paper on the transaction to obtain Board approval

Post acquisition project management

Post acquisition stabilisation and integration into the group

Track and report on progress of acquired strategic target/initiatives against original business plan and all key operational development projects.

Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Business Development

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong understanding of financial modeling
• Content Production, Services, Distribution or exhibition experience useful
• MBA qualified useful
• TV or Internet experience useful
• Advanced analytical skills, including advanced Excel and modeling skills.
• Maturity and experience to deal with senior personnel including station management, senior management of strategic target companies, external advisors
• Good interpersonal skills. Patience and diplomacy. A range of influencing skills
• Language: local language and English
