Leading firm provides a full suite of real estate and administration services. Successful candidate will define client services for open end investment funds,liaison with client financial advisors and build a staff. Manage relationships, operations and reporting re: US GAAP and IFRS.

Requirement is for CPA/ Controller with 8/10 year yrs in open ended real estate investment  vehicles utilizing CORE or CORE+ strategy.  Good GAAP and client facing experience. Working knowledge of MRI/YARDI and Investran, PEFS real estate and fund administration is a plus. Position can be based in New York, Luxembourg or London
