Our client is initiating coverage for Japanese corporate clients in the region and would like to invite an experienced Japanese DCM banker to join the team.

Responsibilities:
• Provide advisory and financing solutions to large corporate clients in Asia excluding Japan
• Originate and structure financing solutions, syndicated loan facilities, and structured finance transactions for these clients
• Coordinate the legal documentation and due diligence process
• Coverage of clients in the region so travelling is expected
