Duties and responsibility: • Based in the headquarters of an international telecommunication company in Shenzhen, China, supporting the international financing affairs like structured and trade financing, vendor financing, export credit, syndication loan, bridge loan, factoring, forfeiting and etc. Be familiar with such practice in US, UK, Hong Kong and China, balance the risk and business opportunity; • Attending the plan and review of all kinds of financing modes, and providing legal advice; • Drafting and reviewing all kinds of financing documentation (term sheet, mandate letter, facility agreement, etc.), and attending the negotiations; • Legal research, drafting the templates and guidelines, and train the other colleagues; • Co-coordinating with external counsels for the legal opinion on specific issue; • cross-boarder business travel might be required; • Offer very attractive package. Qualifications & Experiences • LLB/JD or above from Common Law countries (US degree is preferred),admitted to practice law ?NY/CA/UK/HK/SG bar qualification is preferred?; • At least 5 years legal work experience in financing field in an major law firm? bank or transnational company; • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a strong commercial acumen; • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; Good team spirit, able to work independently, able to work under pressure; • Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc; • Language: proficiency in both written and oral English, ability to speak and read mandarin Chinese To apply please click on the ‘Apply Online’ link below.
