Our client is a leading Australian Financial Services business and they are looking for a number of people with Change Management experience from Analyst to Director level:
The roles are to:
Ensure the successful implementation of group and program changes into business lines.
Establish processes for ensuring changes originating from enterprise functions and large program of work are successfully deployed into front-line.
Ensure visibility of Group and Strategic changes across projects and businesses
To quality assure large projects from a change management perspective
Ensure change objectives, as identified within the framework are met
You must have the following:
Change Management experience
Financial services background
Leadership and direction experience to senior level change professionals
Experience in defining the change and assessing the environment
Extensive stakeholder communication and engagement planning and execution
Worked in a major change program, from concept stage to implementation
