Come join a team of very talented and successful Execution Traders.  This position will be focusing on best execution, and will be responsible for heavy transaction cost analytics as well as for developing new and/or innovating current execution strategies.

This is an outstanding junior level opportunity for candidates with preferably 1 to maximum of 3 years "total" work experience, but may consider an exceptional candidate right out of school.

PLEASE NOTE:  Candidates with discretionary trading experience will NOT be considered. This is a non-discretionary role. 

Qualifications:

• Sorry, there is no sponsorship or Visa transfer available for this position.
• Minimum of a Bachelors degree from a top tier university.  Highly prefer cumulative GPA's above 3.5. SAT scores 1400 or above.
• Prior trade execution experience preferred; however, will look at candidates who have worked on/for the trading desk in other positions such as an Analyst position.  Candidates must be excited about a non-discretionary trade execution role.
• Exceptional problem solving skills; a "how do you make it more efficient" mentality, and exceptional attention to detail required.
• Driven, energetic, inquisitive.
