A Great opportunity to work for one of australia's leading banks in their business/corporate banking division. Due to an internal move my client is now looking for a senior manager in their north Sydney business centre. The role sits within the Corporate/Business banking division. Predominantly focussing on the management skills the role is very much a leadership role focussing on the strategic direction of the team. Deal sizes vary from $500k to $25 million and the portfolio is specialised focussing on Health.

Along with the management side of your experience you must have a strong sales/business development background. In the role you will have 6 direct reports and 5 indirect. Assist with complex credit. Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders. In order of importance the role is made up of Strategic/Financial Management, Client Management, Employee Management and compliance/Audit Management.

The successful applicant must have the above attributes along with at least 4 years experience in a relationship role within corporate & business banking and the relevant tertiary qualifications.
