We are looking to hire a high calibre support professional, someone who is a market data specialist, resolving client issues within EMEA

This would involve:

•Delivering exceptional support services to clients

•Managing multiple clients and their questions/cases simultaneously

•Identifying, duplicating, testing, resolving and communicating case results

•Building and maintaining strong client relationships

•Documenting client requests and communicating internally

•Understanding the investment industry and trends

•Providing product training to client

Appropriate candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Good understanding of the investment industry

• At least 1 years experience of supporting clients for a market data / financial information solution

• Problem solving and analytical abilities are essential with an eye for detail

• Strong organizational skills and professional attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Capacity to meet deadlines and to work under pressure in a team environment

• Happy to work in a small team

Related support experience would be a benefit in Market data, Analytics vendor servicing financial institutions. I.E. Bloomberg / Thomson Reuters.
