Qualifications Manager, Client Onboarding/Account Opening Team DescriptionAs we move toward a shared services model to better serve clients and front offices of the Private Bank (PB) and Private Wealth Management (PWM), a key roll to lead the leveraging of shared platforms has been identified in the Client and Advisor Experience (CAE) area focusing on Client Onboarding across all products and platforms. One of the critical elements for delivering an exceptional Client experience and improving Advisor/Banker productivity is the design, development, and implementation of internal and external tools, communication materials and processes - strategy development and tactical execution. This position is responsible for continuing to refine and drive the strategy for onboarding Clients and executing this strategy across the PB and PWM businesses. Job Responsibilities Partner with team members to develop and implement the strategic end-to-end lifecycle of onboarding a WM Client; from Prospecting to KYC to Account Opening and Funding Responsible for reengineering the online and offline processes for end to end client onboarding.Responsible for understanding the client satisfaction with the onboarding process including SLA, MIS and Competitive analysis - partnering with AIG and front office. Advocate and communicate the Client Onboarding experience by partnering with all parties involved: Front Office, Product and Platform, Client Service and Operations Drive and maintain the Client Onboarding/Account Opening solutions across all clients and practices require and build a strategic plan to support. Specialize in the Client Onboarding and Stream Application domain, understanding the content, logic and operational components of the WM Client Onboarding and Account Opening across platforms and practices Prioritize technology and non-technology projects and improvements with the business users Manage projects of various sizes throughout project lifecycle including the development and execution of user acceptance test plans and test scripts Partner effectively with technology and operations to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements Communicate throughout the project lifecycle to ensure sponsors, key stakeholders, and senior management are aware of milestones, issues and project status Provide subject matter expertise to the front office and client support teams as necessary (Level II support) Develop and maintain MIS and tracking information and trending data for Client Onboarding/Account Openings Stay current with industry and competitor trends in Client Onboarding/Account Opening Serve as a department representative and/or perform user-acceptance testing and validation related to Client Onboarding/Account Opening enhancement projects on other Asset Management platforms Continuously drive for product, process and quality improvement for internal and external Clients
