This successful candidate will be involved in the origination, structuring and negotiation of market leading Structured Trade Finance transactions across Australia and New Zealand

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, in particular in the commodity sector and natural resources
• Responsibility for execution of transactions including, credit memos, financial modelling, due diligence and loan documentation
• Portfolio and risk management of book through regular contact with customers
• Mentor and coach more junior members of the team

Requirements

• Banking experience of 7 -10 years with relevant investment banking experience of 4-5 years
• Experienced in executing cross border transactions in the project finance, structured trade finance or asset finance. Experience in resources project finance is of particular interest
• Excellent documentation experience including syndicated deals
• Experience with Credit, lending products and portfolio management
