About the challenge

We’re looking for a couple of developers to join our Application Change & Development team, where you’ll provide designing, coding and unit testing services for all business needs. You’ll translate these requirements into technical and functional designs and provide support to testing cycles, ensuring they comply with governance practices and QA procedures. You’ll then produce development plans, tackling any issues as they arise, as well as representing the team at project meetings. Promoting best practice will be essential to this role, as will your role as a mentor, carrying out internal team reviews as appropriate. Occasionally you will providethirdline support.

About you

A strong technical background is required (preferably supported by an IT-related degree or equivalent), but of particular interest will be your .NET skills to include any, or all, of the following: ASP.Net, C#.Net and SQL. You’ll also be a strong team player, who will enjoy sharing their knowledge to other team members – so someone who is positive, challenging and proactive is going to fit right in.
