An international bank is looking for a Regional Head of Client Operations for their Prime Services and Sales Trading clients. This role is a link between regional operations, front office and client service and is key for managing the direction of the business in Asia.
Prime Services support will consist of managing the middle office and serving as the primary operations contact for the prime services business. The Prime Services business includes Prime Brokerage, Stock Loan, Future Clearing and Equity Swaps. Key operations areas include asset servicing, listed derivatives, cash securities and equity swaps. This is a management role and will involve working closely with the business as an infrastructure representative rather than managing a large team.
The ideal candidate will have an operations or client services background with Prime Brokerage or Equity Swaps experience. The candidate should have at least 15 years experience, mostly working in Asia. The abitlity to communicate at all levels and promote change and improvement is essential for this role.
