Our client is a global financial services organisation. They are well respected for being an innovative organisation that is highly dynamic and fast paced. As a result of their comitment to risk management practices they are looking to appoint an AML/CTF Operations Manager.

Reporting to the Group Global Head of AML, you will be actively working across the organisation. Your mandate will be to consult to the Compliance Executive's across the variety of businesses assessing and testing existing processes and controls with the aim of improving their effectiveness. You will also be involved in formulating the strategies and solutions for the future.

You will have have a strong working knowledge of AML/CTF regulations gained within a financial services organisation. In addition you will be degree qualified.

In order to be successful in this role you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to build effective working relationships.
