Responsibilities

• Interface with BGI account officers and Fixed Income Portfolio Management teams in supporting various workstreams.

• Support senior team members in the effective communication and positioning of our investment strategies with clients and investment consultants.

• Perform product and competitor analysis in support of BGI Fixed Income products.

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis of portfolio positions, attribution and portfolio characteristics.

• Assist clients in developing investment solutions that marry BGI Fixed Income capabilities with client needs.

• Work closely with portfolio managers and senior team members to prepare account reviews, conduct portfolio analysis, and create market updates.

• Ensure high quality output for all materials presented to clients.

Requirements

• BA/BS, with strong quantitative skills. MBA/MS and/or CFA preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate between various groups including Strategy, Portfolio Solutions, Portfolio Management, Legal, and other areas.

• Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task effectively.

• Strong communications and writing skills.

• Four years of fixed income experience.
