Qualifications Global Strategic Trading Platform Associate JPMorgan Private Bank ("JPMPB") provides investment management products and services to high net worth and ultra high net worth investors. It offers the full spectrum of investment strategies - from equity, cash management, fixed income, currency and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds. The Global Strategic Trading Platform (GSTP) team creates best of breed global front office trading and investment solutions for PB investors, product specialists as well as serving the interests of key middle and back office stakeholders. The role provides a unique opportunity to work with all levels of senior management and to make a difference in how PB trades and invests client money. Currently, the GSTP team is staffed with a junior analyst, an associate, a junior VP, and a senior team leader.Primary daily Responsibilities:In depth project leadership skills.Work closely with Plan and Build teams in US and Geneva to create a global strategic trading platform to support the unique suite of JPM Private Bank investment products.In dept understanding of the product life cycleUnderstanding of market risk, credit risk and operational risk inherent in trading solutionsResearching, analyzing and creating strategic and tactical solutions to front office requestsAbility to create and drive business agendaExperienced at dealing with and presenting too to all levels of managementUnderstanding of systems architecture and how unique product features require unique systems featuresAbility to work in a team environmentWorking with internal partners; Asset Class Leaders, Global Investment Specialist, Global Investment Assistant, Risk Management, Technology and Operations, in order to deliver optimal solutions.
