Business Development Manager / IFA Channel Distribution Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing the channel & distribution business opportunities, focusing mainly IFA distribution
  
• Market Research: Sourcing and providing timely updates on market and competitors development and activities 
  
• Developing customer insight of target segments

• Managing sales & campaign development
  
• Assisting in product strategies and planning
   
• Working closely with other internal operations (marketing, bancassurance, underwriting, etc)

• Relevant experience on delivering change programs and implementation programs

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder of Economics, Marketing or finance-related disciplines
  
• 5-8 years experience in business development and client management in insurance or financial service industrIn-depth knowledge of life insurance, investment and unit trusts product as well as the distribution and promotion issues
  
• Familiar with financial services market and the related environmental issues and trends
  
• Well-versed with regulatory framework
  
•  Independent and analytical
  
• Project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Innovative and creative with high degree of business awareness
  
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Sale background is an advantage

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
