Our Internal Audit group (BIA) has a strong reputation, internally and externally, as a world-class internal audit function. The members of our Quality Assurance team are the guardians of our audit methodology, realising the leadership team’s shared drive for continuous quality improvement.

As a Manager in our Quality Assurance team, you will lead and contribute to QA projects relating to your client group – Barclays Capital. You will consult with senior stakeholders to drive the delivery of best in class internal auditing and provide guidance to audit delivery teams within the group.

You should have a strong internal audit background with experience in investment banking, and ideally be ACA qualified or equivalent.   In this highly consultative role, you should be an outstanding communicator who is firm yet diplomatic. You should be flexible to travel up to 20%, as this role may take you to client-site in New York, Johannesburg and Dubai.
