An experienced Project Manager with at least 12 years of commercial experience. You will be hands-on at a Business/Systems analysis level. A critically important role requiring deep understanding of asset/investment/fund/portfolio management processes, to represent the project internally at a senior level with authority and confidence.
This position will not suit someone from a background of large projects or from a PMO. To be suitable you must:
Have Project Management experience leading small project teams interacting with other global teams working on the same project or program.
Be experienced in leading high-level meetings and interfacing with senior front-office stakeholders.
Have worked on buy or sell side for a minimum of 5 years, with a detailed process knowledge of asset management, investment management, portfolio or fund management applications. You will be providing expert, hands-on domain knowledge to junior members of the team.
Be technical enough to translate requirements into process maps and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), e.g. using tools such as ERWIN/Visio or UML methodology. You must also understand RDBMS schema.
