This emerging boutique corporate advisory group are undergoing a period of growth. They offer independant advise in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financial markets.
The role will involve working with the founding principals and will involve:
assisting with the presentation of pitch material
financial modeling and valuation of businesses
transaction related documentation
process and due diligence management
industry, comparable company and competitor analysis
We envisage Analysts will have 1-2 years experience and Associates 3 - 4 years experience in mergers and acquisitions and / or equity and debt capital markets. Candidates must be able to work in an autonomous and unstructured environment and be self starters able to display initiative. This represents and exciting opportunity to join an emerging business undergoing growth and work directly with some of the industries leading bankers.
