Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategy for the PC team

• Supervision of daily p&l and month-end process of the group

• Develop and maintain relation with the Front Office management

• Develop succession plans within the group

• Implement and enhance financial and p&l controls in the group

• Identify and escalate issues and secure resources to manage change efficiently

• Interface with all other support areas for the group to cover accounting, credit, operational and market risk aspects of the business

• Provide adhoc analysis on the business and market/trading trends

Requirements:

• 7+ years control experience in a major investment bank covering Structured Credit products.

• Strong understanding of derivatives and loan booking, front to back flows and accounting     

• Strong front to back control experience. Control-focused. 

• Able to interact successfully with traders and senior management.

• Ability to learn fast and adapt to a growing business.

• Financial or quantitative undergraduate or post graduate degree.
