Your responsibilities

The Operational Risk Manager organizes the proper functioning of the operational

risk framework within the various entities of the Diamond  Bank and

facilitates the implementation thereof by the business lines.

Your main duties will be :

-Risk assessment of the Bank’s products, services and procedures;

-Defining of appropriate action plans in order to mitigate the residual risks, both

in a pro-active way and as a result of audit recommendations;

-Follow up of the proper implementation of those action plans;

-Reporting on the building blocks of the operational risk environment to the

various risk committees.

Following the ever increasing importance of this domain, our client is looking for a second Operational Risk Manager, whose responsibilities will be more particularly be responsible for the co-ordination, assistance and monitoring of the action plans to be carried out by the business lines.

Profile

-Master degree, preferably in Business Engineering or Applied Economics;

-More than 10 years relevant experience on a managerial level within

Operations inspection or audit background is an advantage;

-Strong analytical and editorial skills;

-Autonomous;

-"Change manager"-attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to

deadlines knowledgeable in respect of automation projects;

-Good command of the English language.
