This ASX-listed business is about to go through a very exciting phase of its development and is looking to change the face of its finance function. Investing in a range of assets globally, the business is in an enviable position to consolidate and grow over the next six to twelve months.

As a result of this growth, the business is looking for a highly competent individual to lead the Group finance function, with a broad range of responsibilities across all matters relating to financial management and reporting, tax compliance and financial controls. You will also be involved in capital management, supporting negotiations of new bank facilities required by the Group to support acquisition or refinancing of existing facilities. You will also support the investor road-show process and provide accounting support for acquisition due diligence.

The role is a real mix between technical and commercial, and will be well suited to someone with both international listed or ASX listed experience in capital intensive and highly regulated industries, perhaps from telco, financial services, infrastructure or property. Your technical accounting knowledge and ability to liaise at all levels of the organisation will see you succeed in this role.

This is a highly complex, highly visible organisation, with a clear succession plan into the Group CFO role.
