One of the worlds premier wealth managers is looking for a credit officer to join it's London sanctioning team.

As a Credit Officer within Wealth Management, your chief function will be to assess credit requests generated from the Bank's UK and Channel Island booking centres, working as part of a team of six within a dynamic environment.

As Credit Officer, your chief responsibilities are to identify and quantify credit risks, to implement measures aimed at minimising risks as well as to make recommendations and credit decisions. As there is no formal credit committee structure, the ability to make decisions, weighing up both the risks and opportunities involved, is vitally important.

Similarly, you will possess sound communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with the Front Office, implementing credit decisions.

Prior credit experience from a Wealth Manager is preferred for this role as you need to have an understanding of and prior exposure to the relevant Wealth Management products such as single stock concentrations, FX margin trading, and UK residential mortgages.
