Overview:
Lead a substantial team of internal and or external resources & suppliers to design and deliver significant business change programs or portfolio's realising outcomes with strategic impact and benefits in a defined business domain or regional location.
Experience required:
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5-8 years experience of project/program management at a senior level in a complex business environment.
Understanding of professional levels of program management, methodology and best practice.
Must hold professional or be on course to hold a professional practitioner Program Manager qualifications
Must have extensive experience in managing complex multiple projects or leading large groups of multi-disciplinary professional staff through a change program.
Track record of successful large program delivery in a business and/or operational context
A broad and solid understanding of the Financial Services industry and of the operational model of a Life company, including the regulatory and control environments
Experience of managing multi-million dollar initiatives with major business risks/benefits.
Ability to lead large, diverse teams of people
Technical competence in the assigned business domain or country is an advantage, but is not essential.
This fantastic opportunity will either be located in SHANGHAI or HONG KONG so Cantonese & Mandarin are essential as is an excellent command of English.
