Vanbreda International has over 50 years of experience in setting up and administering international health insurance programmes for international organisations, multinational corporations and their international workforce. The company has offices and sales representations in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany,France, Switzerland, Malaysia,China and the UAE.

Your role

  • You work out campaigns and make contacts in order to make us visible to our target group in your region,  through networking and through campaigns directed at potential clients.
  • You seek partners/channels for selling the ExpatPlus product.
  • You continuously evaluate our product against the market and advise on adjustments in line with market developments (content and pricing).
  •  You gauge the client’s needs and offer an insurance or management package that either consists of standard solutions or is bespoke.
  •  You conclude new contracts through prospecting,  negotiating and offering solutions,  and by using the same methods incorporating adjustments and changes to existing contracts in the long term.
  • You closely monitor the statistical progress and the cost-effectiveness of the assigned contracts.
  •  You report at regular intervals on prospective clients, newly concluded contracts and the progress of the contracts. 
  • You anticipate situations creatively.
  • You keep up to date the state and progress of contracts by visiting your clients on a regular base.
  •  You are the internal point of contact and you ensure the correct handling of all administrative aspects of contracts entrusted to you.
  • You work closely together with our Customer Service Team by sending correct and complete information to allow them to do a good administrative follow-up. 

Your profile

  • You have a university degree or equivalent through experience.
  •  You have at least 5 year experience in a sales function within Employee Benefits.
  • You like to work independently and take initiative to develop your business.
  • You are sales driven and have strong negotiation skills.
  • You are stress-resistant and able to adapt to short deadlines.
  • You have an analytical and critical mindset.
  • You have a sense of quality and you are creative.
  •  You are fluent in Dutch,  French and English.
