Covering financial planning, estate planning, trustee and portfolio management services, they are continuing to grow and invest in this business and are seeking the services of an exceptional private wealth executive to join them. Working closely with the General Manager Private Wealth, your mandate will be to lead the recruitment and development of Private Wealth Alliance Partners which could include accounting and legal practices and employer groups. Specific responsibilities will include: • Developing and executing a sales strategy to sign up Alliance Partners • Recruiting a network of Alliance Partners • Implementing a sales and engagement program • Sales coaching and business mentoring • Developing targeted sales and marketing collateral for Alliance Partners To be successful in this role, it is envisaged that you will possess a proven track record in building & developing distribution channels ideally within the private banking/HNW space. You will be able to demonstrate highly developed coaching and sales leadership skills coupled with the gravitas to engage and interface with CEOs, CFOs and Partners. Tertiary qualifications will be assumed.
