Qualifications Alternative Investments Project Management AssociateWealth Management Alternative Investments Funds ManagementNew York JPMorgan Wealth Management is seeking an Analyst or first year Associate to join the Funds Management Client Support team to support the Alternative Investments Group ("AIG"). The AIG identifies, performs due diligence on, and markets alternative investments such as private equity, hedge funds and real estate to the clients within the Private Bank, Private Wealth Management and Private Client Services globally. As an Analyst/Associate, you will work closely with a wide variety of teams (including Front Office, Middle Office, Investor Relations, Due Diligence, Risk, Portfolio Management) to assist in the implementation of strategic business initiatives. You will rely on excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments and demonstrate independent initiative and sound decision-making skills. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity with respect to client information.
In particular, your Responsibilities will include the following: Assist in implementation of strategic products and process enhancementsCreate and maintain project plans; regularly follow up on open itemsProduce high level summaries and updates for senior managementPrepare presentations and document workflowsDocument and distribute working group notesAssist with the development of talking points on complex topicsLiaise with offshore teams to complete relevant reports and respond to data inquiriesAssist in implementation of metrics and MIS reportingCoordinate with external vendors to facilitate distribution of client communicationsAd-hoc analysis and projects
