They now identify Asia, and in particular Singapore and Hong Kong as the next ‘phase’ in their growth strategy, and seek to hire an experienced, charismatic, visionary and inspiring individual who will assume the role of ‘Director of the Asia region.’ Reporting to the Group Managing Director in London, you will be the cornerstone of the company’s establishment and expansion across the region. Your responsibility will be to assist in the formation of the Singapore office, infrastructure and recruitment and formation of the sales team who you will identify and help penetrate both new and established relationships within key banking and financial services clients, whilst forming strategic alliances with relevant partners in the region. Acting as a senior spokesperson for the company, you will join the management board to further develop the business strategy and create business expansion opportunities in the region maintaining your ‘hands on’ style. To be highly effective in this role, you must bring with you a minimum of 5 years of excellent track record within the Banking and Financial markets recruitment industry, ideally with a sound understanding of, and exposure to daily recruitment on a local level. An ethos in excellent business development, with proven a proven track record in delivery and satisfaction in meeting and over achieving of your clients resourcing needs are prerequisites of this person. In 6 years 7 Fifty Two Solutions have become a significant supplier to both the IT and Front Office business desks in the mature London markets, mainly resulting from delivering a ‘quality lead’ approach in a volume transactional business.
