Our client is a leading Financial Institution in Asia looking for an experienced Operations candidate to drive and lead the expanding team.

The Role

In this role, you will be managing a team of 10-15 in Operations while responsible for ensuring the day to day settlements and back office activities are completed. You will be involved in Global strategic projects and process improvement as well as dealing directly with senior management. Furthermore, managing your team effectively while being a key motivator will also a part of your responsibilities.

Your Profile

The successful candidate must be a degree holder with a minimum of 15 years in Investment Banking operations. You will have let a team more than 10 people and covered settlements in both the primary and secondary market. Equity settlements experience is a must, and APAC regional experience is highly regarded. The capacity to demonstrate effective leadership, deliver solid innovative recommendations and be able to face off with the business are keys to success in this role. Exposure to different products is preferred.
