Candidate is responsible for the formulation, review and alignment of HR policies for the Group, provision of strategic inputs to management through business analytics and management information, ensuring governance and adherence to policies, manpower budgeting, employee communications, industrial relations and the management of the HR information system.
We are looking for a highly analytical, numerate HR professional who has solid experience in Human Resources policy formulation. Incumbent must be familiar with HR best practices and policies within Asia and be a team player with strong inter-personal skills.
