This is an excellent role for a highly experienced Accountant to take the lead on the financial year end reporting requirements in a timely and organised way.  You will need to be well versed in the relevant reporting requirements and related accounting and tax issues in the superannuation/funds management space and be able to demonstrate your technical aptitude.  You will also need to get involved in the management and development of the team and at the same time be happy to remain hands on and involved.  You will also enjoy the involvement in key ad hoc projects.
