1.Develop equity financing proposals working along with industry groups for clients and prospects.
2.Provide clients with equity financing solutions (including structured products, derivatives, etc.), in close collaboration with Investment Banking Department in pitching for equity financing transactions and developing businesses.
3.Evaluate market conditions in combination with client specifics to determine financing terms and structure.
4.Play the leading role in the pricing and execution of equity transactions including IPOs, and Follow-on offerings.
5.Draft / review legal documents and selling memos.
6.Initiate dialogues with investors about deal structures, valuation methodologies, and new issue environment when needed.
