Looking for senior level Hedge Fund Accountants!

A leading global investment management firm located in Downtown Toronto is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking to expand its Hedge Fund Accounting team.

As a Senior Hedge Fund Accountant, you would be responsible for a wide variety of duties including setting up complex hedge funds, preparing valuations for international hedge funds and assisting in financial statement preparation. You would also be responsible for reconciliations, reporting; and preparing monthly Net Asset Value Calculations (NAVs). 

Requirements / Qualifications:

This is a senior level role and is a critical position for this very successful firm. As a strong candidate to be positioned for this particular opportunity, you have successfully completed a Bachelor's Degree in finance / accounting and are a qualified as a designated accounting / finance professional (CA, CFA, CGA or CMA) who has held a senior level position as a Hedge Fund Accountant. You have strongly developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and bring a reputation for excellent attention to details, deadlines and results.
