Working in a progressive corporate culture, you will assist this business division to reach their objectives in administrating superannuation products for a range of companies and their members, at the highest possible level of service. Managing a portfolio of corporate superannuation funds, your purpose will be to provide full service in addition to the administration for your clients. Your responsibilities will include; - Relationship Management of both the clients and members
- Acting as the Portfolio Expert for both internal and external queries
- Understanding the compliance requirements for each fund
- Identifying potential impacts to the client relationship
- Ensuring Service Level agreements are maintained
- Attending Trustee meetings and completing annual reviews
- Assisting in Training and Mentoring of new staff.
You must be able to demonstrate an ability to provide exceptional service both externally and internally within your team. In addition you will be RG146 compliant with extensive Corporate Superannuation experience; Defined Benefits and Pensions experience will also be highly regarded.
