As the Head of Consumer Banking Products, you will have an exciting mandate to assess the current group, strategy, structure and operation and to implement strategic changes as necessary.  You will be supervising two Product Specialists and will report directly to the Head of Consumer Banking. 

To be considered for this role, you must have 5 to 10 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in the region.  You must have significant experience on both the asset and liability sides.  Experience with multiple organizations and structures is essential and a track record of implementing change previously is advantageous.  Further, you must be able to lead with patience and have the ability to drive change within a department.
