A leading player in the financial industry with 15 offices in the Asia region is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to support the businesses and work closely with in-country Human Resources team to drive the Compensation and Benefits strategy in the region.
Candidate will be responsible for
Designing and managing the organization’s salary structure and compensation policy to ensure competitiveness and relevance to the organization's needs.
Partnering and communicating closely with Country Heads to deliver appropriate reward solutions and policies in line with business needs and strategies.
Compensation & benefits matters related to expatriate management
Partnering and communicating closely with in-country HR team in the execution of Compensation & Benefits programs
Providing expertise, guidance and support on matters related to Compensation & Benefits to all internal stakeholders
Implementing a framework for the annual increment and bonus review to establish a structured Reward and Recognition Framework
Designing and delivery of performance management system to strengthen the link between performance and pay/ progression as well as to provide clarity on performance criteria for performance and potential assessment.
Partnering closely with in-country HR teams on the annual appraisal review and ranking/promotion exercise.
Benchmarking reward policies and processes against industry practices.
Developing and implementing benefits packages that are competitive and in line with corporate guidelines.
Taking lead in reviewing existing policies for expatriate management and streamlining them down to a consistent framework
Successful applicants should posses : -
A bachelor degree, preferably majoring in HR or equivalent
Min 10 years of relevant experience in Regional Compensation & Benefits
Extensive experience in Compensation (including Expatriate management) Experience in managing international mobility will be an added advantage.
Experience in implementing compensation & benefits programs and solutions in the region
Strong communicator and possess capability to deal with ambiguity.
Strong analytical skill
Good writing and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker, proactive, able to multi-task
Able to build relationships with strong diplomacy, negotiation and influence skills.
