Business Development Consultant (deals generation) – responsible for identifying potential business leads, qualifying prospects, new business acquisition, contract negotiations, account retention and overall client management.

Project Delivery Consultant (deals execution) – responsible for extensive market research, candidate sourcing via cold calls, talents screening by conducting executive interviews, prepare detailed assessment reports on shortlisted candidates, report presentation to clients, carry out employment reference check and pay verification, position offering on behalf of client, negotiation on remuneration package as well as overall candidate management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

For Business Development Role:

• Excellent proven track record in business development with good interaction at senior level executives among corporate clients in Hong Kong, with experience in the China market highly sought after;
• Proactive with great creativity; must be passionate and capable to identify new business opportunities, preferably with good market knowledge in responsible sector as well as excellent client relationship management and the management of long-term business strategy development;
• Fluency in English is mandatory as well as Mandarin and / or Cantonese.

For Project Delivery Role:

• Mature individual with a minimum 4 years of industrial experience and / or have at least 3 years proven track record with a reputable executive search firm;
• Good business acumen with high level of execution skills and mindset;
• Resourceful with excellent telemarketing and interviewing skills in both English and Cantonese or Mandarin;
• Detail minded with strong project management skills, excellent report writing ability and presentation skills in English.
