Our client, a Multinational Insurance Broking Company, is urgently looking for an Individual to fill the position of Senior Client Manager – Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and service a portfolio of new / existing clients to achieve a designated brokerage target, profitable business growth and meet client service goals.
Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of team strategy, practices, standards and operational plans. Recommend proposals to the Head of Business Development.
Develop, implement and maintain client plans to achieve business objectives
Develop and foster client and relationships to attract new business and
further develop / retain existing clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and develop / retain existing
client business to achieve budget
Cross-sell Company products and services to existing and new clients.
Provide an effective client service, providing technical advice and robust and
cost-effective solutions to meet client expectations and service standards.
Identify gaps in markets and assist in the development of new products.
Assist in developing and implementing effective business development and client service systems and processes.
Communicate regularly with clients to understand and meet their requirements and keep the Head of Business Development and colleagues informed of relevant activities, developments and issues.

Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum five years of relevant Insurance experience.
Accreditation in CMFAS such as CGI, HI, M5 and M9.
