This C# Scrum Development Team focuses on the GUI development utilising WinForms for high performance trading applications ⁄ risk management tools. The group is responsible for developing functional enhancements, operational enabling tools and tactical developments for their in-house trading systems and has a backlog of requests from the business for amendments.

This is a newly created role working in a team that actively interacts with the business, and other key stake holders to understand development requirements and business expectations in terms of quality, functionality and performance. The objective is to then design elegant lean performance sensitivity code to solve business problems ⁄ increase operational functionality. You will be working in a real time, multithreaded environment where speed of processing ⁄ execution is critical to the businesses success. Developing in a Pure Scrum methodology, you will contribute to regular 'Stand Up' meetings, establish and deliver on 'Sprints' and ultimate become a valuable asset to the Scrum Master and business Product Owners.

Technical skills required include:

• Exceptional C# Development Skills with at least 4 years commercial experience
• Extensive experience developing with WinForms
• Performance Critical GUI development experience
• Robust development experience in complex multithreaded C# environments
• Conclusive understanding of overall .Net Development
• Understanding of Scrum and Agile Development Techniques (Desirable)

Non technical skills required include:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self sufficient, highly motivated, resourceful individual
• Be a problem owner and solver with a logical approach to solving issues
