Product Control Executive

Top Tier Global Investment Bank, Singapore

S$70K to $125K base plus bonus

Our client is a prestigious and well-known Tier 1 global investment bank, with a strong presence in the world’s major financial centers.  They are presently looking to identify candidates at either the Executive or AVP levels within Product Control.

Responsibilities include:

-Preparation of the daily Profit & Loss reports including reconciliation, analytical review and providing commentary for P&L movements

-Production and review of weekly independent price testing processes.

-Balance sheet substantiation and control

You will also be expected to participate actively in the identification and implementation of key initiatives that relate to system/ workflow enhancements, accounting changes and centralization of processes within Product Control.

You should be accounting-qualified with at least 3 -6 years of experience in Product Control with an investment bank in either one of the main product areas and their associated derivatives for example Equities, Fixed Income, FX/MM and Rates. You should also be an ambitious and driven individual, who is highly adept at managing priorities in a fast-paced environment and be able to work well in a global and cosmopolitan team, with strong ambitions of developing an international career.

Qualified accountants with good academic qualifications (first time passes and/or first class honours) with 3-7 years of experience, specializing in financial services audits, with one of the Big 4 practices are also welcome to apply for consideration.
