Project Finance Associate - Beijing Based

My client, a global Investment Bank is looking for a Project Finance Associate to start in quarter two in their Beijing office. This high calibre individual will come from a reputable house and have a strong transaction list and be a native Mandarin speaker. You will ideally be looking be working in this capacity already and will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
 

• Existing/Previous project finance experience
• Sales & negotiation skills
• Ideally you will have a deal list from the Asian market
• Sound risk management skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to provide creative solutions
• Understanding of complex lending incorporating cash flow type lending, debentures & guarantees
